Devport is a Swedish technology consulting company founded in 2008 with operations in the automotive industry and other development-intensive industries. The head office is now moving to 1,600 square meters in the Citadelet property on Lindholmen.

Devport is expanding its range of services and its geographical presence and today has operations in the regions around Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Karlskrona, Jönköping and Stockholm. The company employs more than 500 people divided between employees and sub-consultants. Now the head office and regional office in the west are moving to new premises at Lindholmen in Gothenburg.

"Since the start of Devport, we have been established in Lindholmen, so for us it was obvious to remain in the area if possible when we now expand to larger premises. Atrium Ljungberg's proposal turned out to be the best, among other things due to flexibility and the possibility to adapt the surfaces to our needs," says Björn Arkenfall, regional manager at Devport.

Lindholmen has developed from an old shipyard area into Gothenburg's most knowledge-intensive and expansive area and is an important hub for the growing city. Today, close to 20,000 people work and study at the site, which is now a modern office area and international knowledge cluster where innovative companies interact with researchers and students at Chalmers and Lindholmen Science Park. Atrium Ljungberg owns several properties on Lindholmen, which together comprise 73,000 square meters of lettable area. Among the tenants are Volvo, IBM and AKQA.

"We are very happy to welcome Devport to the Citadel. It is an exciting company that is in an expansion phase and they perfectly complement the mix of tenants in the building," says Kicki Grönlund, Leasing Manager at Atrium Ljungberg.

The lease with Devport is a so-called green lease – an agreement between landlord and tenant on joint measures to maintain or improve the premises' environmental performance.
