Peab Builds Apartments and Offices in Jyväskylä

Finland — Peab builds a combined office and residential building in Jyväskylä for Järvi-Suomen Asunnot Oy and Royal-House Oy. The contract amount is EUR 21M.

The building is 16,373 sqm with three office floors and four floors with 80 apartments. On the lower floor there will be a grocery store.

The assignment is a total contract with construction start in November 2018. The tenants are scheduled to move in in August 2020.
