Peab Builds in Turku

Finland Finland Peab has been commissioned to build two residential buildings, a parking garage and a business premises on Brahegatan in Turku. The client is Auratum Asunnot Turku Oy and the contract amount is EUR 16 million.

Two new, high-quality residential buildings with a total of 105 apartments will be built in the center of Turku. The project also includes the construction of a parking garage and a business premises.

The assignment is a turnkey contract with construction start in April 2019 and occupancy is calculated until August 2021.
