Peab Builds Hospital in Seinäjoki

Finland Finland Peab will build a hospital for Fastighetsaktiebolaget Seinäjoen Terveysteknologiakeskus on Östermyragatan in Seinäjoki, Finland. The contract amount is EUR 30 million.

The building is a total of 26,310 square meters with five floors and a basement floor with tunnel and ventilation room. Peab has previously built a hospital building of 33,000 square meters for the same client.

”This is a project that fits Peab as a community builder. Preparatory work is already underway and the goal is to achieve a good whole for the client and users. A whole that we can later tell proudly about,” says Region Manager Matti Joensuu, Peab Finland.

The assignment is a turnkey contract with construction start in March 2019. Moving in is calculated until August 2021. The project was notified in Q1, 2019.
