Sweden: Monthly transaction volume in Sweden of € 2.2 billion, being the fifth consecutive month with increasing volumes. The largest deal was Blackstone's acquisition from Obligo with Swedish assets worth approximately SEK 9.5 billion, which is the largest deal in Sweden this year.

Norway: The transaction volume in Norway reached € 1.1 billion last month. The largest transaction in July was Blackstone’s acquisition from Obligo with Norwegian assets worth approximately NOK 3.7 billion.

Finland: Moderate transaction activity in Finland with 4 deals summing to € 0.2 billion in July. The largest transaction was Citycon’s divestment of a retail portfolio to a Finnish property fund (€ 76 M).

Denmark: High monthly transaction volume in Denmark reaching € 1.4 billion in July. A key-note deal was Danish property company DADES (gross asset value of DKK 19.6 billion at the end of 2014) selling 49.2 % of its shares to Novo (37%) and TryghedsGruppen (12.2%).
