Investors House Acquires Property in Jyväskylä

Finland — Investors House, through the fund IVH Kampus Ky, acquires an office and retail property in central Jyväskylä for EUR 12M.

The property has a lettable area of 6,121 sqm.

IVH Kampus Ky is an alternative fund for professional investors managed by Dividend House, a management company of the Investors House Group. The real estate fund was established in December 2018. Dividend House manages both real estate and equity funds.

Investors House Plc is an anchor investor of the fund and IVH Kampus Ky is part of the Investors House Group.
