Wilfast, together with the Norwegian NRP, has completed an acquisition of a logistics property of approximately 20,000 square meters outside Helsinki.

"It is a newly built logistics property on our Nordic home market that fits well into our main segment of logistics properties," says Mattias Wilson, CEO of Wilfast.

Wilfast has been working closely with NRP since 2001 and since then, real estate transactions have exceeded SEK 20 billion.

"The deal in Finland is characteristic of our business concept of acquiring and managing modern logistics properties with large and strong tenants with long lease agreements."

In addition to being a co-investor in the project, Wilfast has also been responsible for the DD process.

"In addition to Sweden, both Finland and Denmark are interesting markets for real estate investments and we hope to be able to carry out more acquisitions together with the NRP."

At the same time, three industrial properties totaling 37,000 square meters are sold to Logistri Fastighets AB. The properties are located in Trelleborg, Härryda and Falköping. This is also a project together with the NRP.

"There are three well-built and well-managed properties that we have managed for about ten years, and now it was the right timing to sell."

Earlier this year Wilfast also participated in an international sale of a large property portfolio with 8 logistics properties in Sweden and Denmark. This deal has previously been communicated to the market. The portfolio covers approximately 400,000 square meters to a property value in excess of SEK 4 billion.

"Wilfast has been entrusted with the assignment of the NRP and the new owners to continue to manage the properties. These are properties that we know well and where we see continued development potential. It is by creating added value for both investors and tenants that we become an attractive and comprehensive partner when it comes to issues related to the acquisition, management and development of real estate," says Mattias Wilson.
