Svenska Bostadsfonden will assume the properties no later than June 30, provided that the terms of the agreements are fulfilled.

The property holdings have no vacancies today, except for customary relocation vacancies.

Following this acquisition, Svenska Bostadsfonden 14 AB will, via companies, own properties in Laholm, Osby, Borgholm, Eslöv, Karlskrona, Kalmar, Huskvarna, Skellefteå and Kävlinge, for a total value of approximately SEK 687 million. The total lettable area amounts to almost 50,000 square meters, most of which is living space.
