In early May, Colliers Sweden got a new owner and is now owned by Colliers International Group Inc. with 14,000 employees in 68 countries. Collier's global network is a major asset in the work within Retail.

Hanna Strand is Head of Retail. Hanna has extensive knowledge and  experience from the retail market. Pia Markwall Toyne has recently joined Colliers Retail Team as Director and Marie Ryding starts after the summer as Associate.

"As most people know, the retail market is undergoing major changes, which means that companies need, among other things, to review their strategic issues and leases, where we want to be at hand and support as an advisory party. There is a need for solid competence, which we have," says Hanna Strand.
