The figures for August in the Nordic countries, according to Pangea:
# Sweden: Monthly transaction volume in Sweden of € 0.6 billion (SEK 6.4 billion) in August. A large deal was Sveafastigheter Fund II’s divestment of a mixed-use and multi-country portfolio comprising 15 assets in Sweden to Partners Group from Switzerland.
# Norway: Strong transaction volume in Norway reaching € 0.8 billion (NOK 7.1 billion) last month. The largest transaction was Schage's acquisition of the remaining shares in Salto Eiendom owning 19 properties, mainly shopping centres, valued at NOK ~5bn.
# Finland: Increasing transaction activity in Finland with 12 deals summing to € 0.4bn in August. The largest transactions were Sato’s sale of 760 rental apartments in Jyväskylä, Lahti and Helsinki region, as well as acquisition of 379 apartments in HMA.
# Denmark: Moderate monthly transaction volume in Denmark reaching € 0.4bn (DKK 2.7 billion) in August. The largest deal was Balder acquiring a residential project comprising 430 rental apartments (42,000 sqm) in Amager from Skanska (DKK 1.2 billion).
