Nils-Åke Rydqvist, Kim Grüneberger and Adam Wilson, all previously employed at Colliers International, will be inaugurating Savills’ west coast agency team on the 1st of September. 

Nils-Åke will be responsible for the general management of the office in Gothenburg. Not only does he carry 10 years of experience within agency from Lofast and Collier International as head of agency, he also won last year’s honourable title as “Leasing manager of the year”, competing with numerous strong candidates nationwide.

Previous services that have been actively operating in Gothenburg are services such as property valuation & appraisal, investment and management.
 
Nils Åke Rydqvist will be included in the Savills Sweden management team and will be placed in the Gothenburg branch at Västra Hamngatan 18.
