The property became 95% vacant in August and Nordika acquires the property from the former owner’s lender.
Gabriel Cronstedt, partner, Nordika comments:
“It is an exciting and nice property Nordika has acquired from a seller without local presence or capacity to claim a long term hold of the property. The property has a great micro location, is flexible in its formation and can be divided into many smaller units, which enables our leasing activity. This has already been proven by a new lease of 1,600 sqm prior to taking possession of the property.
The seller’s advisor in the transaction has been Advium and on the legal side Krogerus. The buyer has worked with Roschier as their legal advisor and with Trevian as their local partner.
