The Nordics represented 13% of the total European investment volume, according to CBRE.

The transaction activity resulted in yet another strong quarter in the Nordics. The volume of € 9.1 billion is an increase of 56% when compared to Q3 2014.

The investment volume was mainly driven by large cross border-deals as well as large portfolio deals in Sweden and Norway.

Sweden has traditionally been the largest contributor to the Nordic transaction volume and for Q3 the Swedish share ended up at € 3.3 billion, representing 36%.

Denmark´s investment volume reached € 1.6 billion and Finland approximately 1.2 billion.
