K-Fastigheter, an active and committed landlord offering attractive homes in southwestern Sweden, has acquired a land area of approximately 1,450 square metres in the T4 district of central Hässleholm. The T4 area is also of particular significance for K-Fastigheter. It was at this site of a former barracks that the company built its first concept buildings and, over the past decade, K-Fastigheter has developed T4 into a district with a much-appreciated combination of older and new properties with housing, commercial spaces and premises for clubs and associations.

“In our view, we have the opportunity to build the most attractive district in the municipality at the T4 site, with an attractive urban environment that is also close to nature reserves and recreation areas. This is where we built our first internally developed concept building, a Low-rise building, almost ten years ago. And now, it is here, in the T4 area, that we soon hope to commence construction of another Apartment Block. Including the current project, K-Fastigheter manages a total of 207 rental apartments in the district, 130 of which are situated in six Apartment Blocks, as well as 5,400 square metres of commercial premises,” says Jacob Karlsson, CEO of K-Fastigheter.

In addition to the above, K-Fastigheter holds building rights for approximately 27,500 square metres of gross total area (“GTA”) that the company plans to develop in the future.
