Braathen Eiendom Purchases New Construction in Oslo

Norway — Braathen Eiendom purchases a modern combination property of approximately 12,000 sqm that are leased on long-term contracts.

The property on Alnabru, Oslo, will be finished in 2015 and is leased to Jungheinrich, Grundos and HM.

The building consists of two stock floors and five office floors.

The vendors are ROM Eiendom and Aspelin Ramm.

Braathen Eiendom previously owns the neighboring property.

– It is natural for Braathen Eiendom to own both Alf Berckes väg 28 and 30, which in total encompasses approximately 60,000 sqm, says Leif Arne Røsnes, CEO at Braathen Eiendom.
