Akelius divests a residential property in Gribbylund, three kilometers from Täby centrum, to a housing association for MSEK 690 (€74 M).

The divestment corresponds to SEK 23,300 (€2,505) per sqm and is MSEK 68 (€7 M) higher than the real value at the latest end of quarter. Akelius purchased the property in 2008.
