The project includes the reconstruction of parts of the exterior and office space. All current central ventilation, heating, cooling and electricity installations will be replaced. In order to perform renovation of the exterior, certain parts of the building must be demolished and reerected. In this context, plans include a major expansion of approx. 1,800 square meters, which will hold office premises as well as some technical rooms. The property currently comprises approx. 9,200 square meters.

The contract is included in the first-quarter 2020 order book.
