Balder writes the following in a press release:

"Because Fastighets AB Balder’s Chief Financial Officer Magnus Björndahl, as a result of his arrest and long custody due to the accusation of alleged gross insider trading by the Public Prosecutor, is suffering from exhaustion and finding it difficult to carry out his duties as Financial Director, he has, in combination with him becoming 63 in August 2020, agreed together with Balder’s CEO Erik Selin that he will terminate his employment during summer 2020."
