"Tre Kronor has in a short time acquired another property in Norway, which is completely in line with Tre Kronor's strategy to grow in the Norwegian market," says Michael Johansson, CEO of Tre Kronor Property Investment.

The property is mainly leased to Norway's largest grocery chain, Norgegruppen, which in the property runs the supermarket chain Meny with a rental period of another 14 years. Through the acquisition, Tre Kronor's rental value increases by approximately NOK 3.2 million.

The property will be taken over during October 2020.
