1245 Broadway, a 23-story modern office building located at the corner of 31st Street and Broadway, is Corem’s largest ongoing project and is being developed in collaboration with GDS Development Management (GDSNY). The building will be LEED Gold certified and offer office spaces with the latest technology in air quality and touchless systems.

A24 Films is a reputable company in their industry, and we are very pleased that they have decided to place their new New York office in our building. We see that the rental market is recovering well in New York and we hope to communicate additional signed leases before the end of the year", says Jens Andersson, Corem's Head of Finance and US operations.
