Norway — Fabritius Gruppen purchases Strålfors’ headquarters in Oslo for approximately MNOK 200 (€21M).

Fabritius purchases the owning company Risløkka Eiendom from Pareto.

“We currently have many combination properties in our portfolio and this acquisition fits well in our future strategy” says Asgeir Solheim, CEO at Fabritius Gruppen.

“Fabritius developed the property in 2005 and sold it to Pareto. We know that this is a good property and we look forward to having it and Strålfors as tenants back in our portfolio” says Solheim.
