Balder Acquires Lindholmen Front in Gothenburg

Sweden — Fastighets AB Balder has acquired the office property Lindholmen Front for approximately €43 M.

The seller is HVB Immobilien AG. The property is located at the quay front and has a leasable area of about 12,000 sqm. The largest tenants in the property are China Euro Vehicle Technology AB (CEVT) and Alten Sverige AB.
