Corem has signed an agreement for the sale of the Inge 10 property in Västerås at an underlying property value of SEK 116 million.

The lettable area amounts to approximately 5,900 sqm and consists of a mixture of homes, shops and hotels.

The property will be vacated June 15, 2022.
