H1 Transaction Volume Close to €3 billion

Finland — According to preliminary statistics from KTI, the transaction volume on the Finnish property market for the first six months of 2016 reached almost € 3 billion.

The transaction volume in the Finnish property market amounted to at least € 1.1 billion during April-June.

This was the fifth consecutive quarter, when the volume exceeds one billion euros.

In total, H1/2016 volume amounted close to three billion euros, which is higher than in the corresponding periods in 2015 and 2014 (approx. € 2.7 billion and € 1.6 billion, respectively).
