Quartiers Properties has bought a plot of land directly adjacent to the Boho Club in Marbella. Boho Club's positive development in 2022 has resulted in a need for more rooms. This site is well suited for future expansion of the business with eventually increased room capacity.

The option agreement was signed in April 2018 and extended during the corona pandemic. The total purchase price amounts to approximately EUR 1.9 million and the seller of the property is Ronda Capital SL. The plot is currently covered by the 1986 general plan in Marbella and can be developed when a new detailed plan is decided for the property.
