The properties, Göteborg Sävenäs 169:1 and Partille Ugglum 7:117, have a total lettable area of 10,970 sq.m., which mainly consists of industrial and warehouse premises. The rental value amounts to approximately SEK 10 million (approximately EUR 911,000) and the economic letting rate amounts to 98 percent.
