The state-subsidised (ARA) residential building will have an area of approximately 7200 gross square metres and will comprise 82 housing rights apartments and one street-level commercial space. The higher part of the building will have eight storeys and the lower part six. The roof will be fitted with solar panels, the exterior walls will be clad in shell elements and the façade will be masonry.

Work will start in August 2023 and is scheduled for completion in April 2025.
