The office building Workplace Oo is located in the area Storo/Nydalen near the Ring 3 and barely three kilometers from central Oslo.

Workplace Oo is designed to meet the requirements of the environmental certification Breeam Nor Excellent.

The construction of Workplace Oo will begin immediately and the building will be completed during the fall in 2018.

Skanska Commercial Development Nordic has an ongoing office project in Oslo. Sundtkvartalet, which covers 30,000 square meters and will be completed in December 2016 in a joint venture with Entra, will among other things provide Skanska Norway's new headquarters.
