Corem has signed a 5-year lease of approximately 1,200 sq.m. office space with Tietoevry in the newly built Örebro Entré, property Olaus Petri 3:234, in central Örebro. Move-in is planned for the beginning of May 2024.

The office has been designed to best respond to Tietoevry's needs and requests, with detailed design together with the tenant. The building is planned to be certified as Miljöbyggnad (environmental building) silver.

"We are looking forward to moving into these functional premises which are well adapted to our needs. The location is also very good with direct proximity to the travel center. It provides smooth commuting for employees and makes traveling to clients easy," says Jesper Ekroth, site manager Örebro at Tietoevry.

"With Tietoevry, we welcome yet another stable long-term tenant to Corem. It is gratifying that our newly created Örebro Entré is now filled with businesses and we look forward to a long and good collaboration with Tietoevry," says Rutger Arnhult, CEO at Corem.

Örebro Entré offers modern office space with a view of the city, a good commuting location opposite Örebro's travel center and an attractive sign location facing Örebro's northern entrance.

This rental concerns stage 1 of Örebro Entré, where Scandic Hotels have moved in, and a rental agreement has also been signed with WSP. With the lease to Tietoevry, stage 1 is leased to 96 per cent. The project's second stage concerns the conversion and extension of a total of approximately 10,200 sq.m. of a former postal terminal, primarily into office space. Here, lease agreements have been signed with the Swedish Transport Administration and the Örebro County Administrative Board.
