The building is located in Trondheim’s main square and the project is a combination of renovation and new build. The project totals about 22,200 square meters, of which 17,000 square meters will be renovated and 5,200 square meters of new office space will be built on top of the existing roof.

The project has ambitious climate and environmental targets. The reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from the construction phase is estimated to be 50-60 percent compared to a new office building built using standard materials. The building is aiming for BREEAM NOR-certification level Very Good and will comply with the EU's Taxonomy.

Construction is expected to start in January of this year and the project will be completed in December 2026.
