Record Quarter for Veidekke’s Residential Sales

Norway — Veidekke sold a total of 462 residences during Q1. That is Veidekke’s so far strongest quarter for the company’s residential sales.

The sold residence’s value amounted to MNOK 1,690 (€194M).

244 residences were sold in Norway (68 the corresponding period last year) and 218 in Sweden (62). These are gross figures for Veidekke’s projects including cooperations.

Veidekke’s individual share of the figures are 128 residences in Norway (42) and 217 in Sweden (58).
