The largest transaction in the record breaking year was Sponda acquiring the Forum block in the Helsinki CBD for a transaction price of EUR 576 million. By the end of 2016 the Finnish transaction volume reached EUR 7.2M an increase by 30 percent from 2015, according to KTI.
