Sweden — Skanska has issued green bonds worth approximately SEK 4.5 billion to finance sustainable commercial real estate projects and other investments for climate transition. The issue generated substantial interest, attracting bids from around 40 investors.

Sweden — Skanska has performed a strategic bottom-up process and introduces a new business stream, Investment Properties, and revised financial targets. The revisions consist of a target for the new stream and a new limit for the Group adjusted net debt.

Sweden — The Board of Directors has appointed Anders Danielsson new President and CEO of Skanska. He will succeed Johan Karlström who previously announced he will step down. 

Sweden — Skanska executes several changes in their Senior Executive Team. Among others, Anders Danielsson, Peter Wallin and Pierre Olofsson will get new roles.
