Skanska believes in a residential lift after the interest rate cut

Skanska increased the number of homes sold and constructions started during the first quarter of the year, but from very low levels. The company is under pressure in the low-price segment, where Boklok made a loss of SEK 146 million. CEO Anders Danielsson finds it encouraging that the development has nevertheless started to go in the right direction and now hopes that the Riksbank's interest rate cut will give a lift to the pressured segment.
