Sweden — Genesta is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 101,000 sqm logistics property in Västerås, through an off-market transaction with ICA Real Estate. The property houses ICA's central warehouse and as a part of the transaction ICA Real Estate has signed a 15-year lease agreement with Genesta.

Sweden — Anna Nyberg, CEO of Ica Real Estate and a member of Ica Gruppen’s executive management, has decided to leave Ica Gruppen effective 30 June 2023. Mattias Lundgren, CFO of Ica Real Estate, will take over as interim CEO on 19 June 2023.

Sweden — Ica Real Estate and the occupational pensions company AMF are forming a new, jointly owned property company, Delcore Fastigheter. The company will initially acquire 30 store properties from Ica Real Estate, with a combined property value of approximately SEK 5 billion.

Sweden — ICA Fastigheter, through the subsidiary Fastica Holding AB, has entered into an agreement to acquire the Saltängen 1 property in Västerås from Saltängen Property Invest for a purchase price of approximately SEK 1.1 billion before tax deduction.

Sweden — Ica Real Estate acquires the property Tång 2: 5 in Brunna in Upplands-Bro outside Stockholm. The property amounts to just over 1,300,000 square meters.

Sweden — Ica Real Estate is selling twelve store properties to Secore Fastigheter – a company jointly owned by Första AP-fonden and Ica Real Estate.
