The properties have combined area of approximately 38,400 square metres, with Ica and Apotek Hjärtat as the main tenants.

Possession of the properties will be transferred in June 2017. The underlying property value is EUR 107M, and the properties have approximately 38,400 square metres of lettable area.

The twelve store properties are Ica Nära Norrfjärden, Ica Supermarket Alvesta, Ica Supermarket Hönö, Ica Supermarket Skanör, Ica Supermarket Älvsbyn, Ica Supermarket Örkelljunga, Ica Kvantum Gällivare, Ica Kvantum Kiruna, Ica Kvantum Klippan, Ica Kvantum Landskrona, Maxi Ica Stormarknad Hudiksvall and Maxi Ica Stormarknad Ljungby.
