Sweden — Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with Galenica for 2,640 square meters at the property under construction at Medeon Science Park in Malmö, Sweden, with occupancy scheduled for 1 October 2020.

Sweden — During the summer, Kungsleden has leased more than half of one of its most exciting new construction projects: Eden by Kungsleden, an office building on Hyllie Boulevard in Malmö.

Sweden — Nyfosa has signed an agreement with among others Skånska Industrifastigheter to acquire a property portfolio of nine properties in Malmö at an underlying property value of MSEK 695.

Sweden — Vasakronan has signed a deal with Trianon regarding the divestment of the Smedjan 13 and 15 properties. The purchase price amounts to EUR 9M.

Sweden — Wihlborgs has divested four industrial properties in Malmö to Corem. The properties were sold in corporate wrappers at an underlying property value of around EUR 14M.

Sweden — Skanska has sold the property Sjösättningen 1 in Malmö for EUR 28M. The building containing a pre-school and a retirement home has been developed by Skanska Sweden.

Sweden — Corem continues to expand in the Malmö region through the acquisition of the Måseskär 5 property, located in Östra Hamnen in Malmö. The seller is CBRE Global Investors.

Sweden — Skanska has sold the office building Studio in Malmö to Kungsleden. The transfer of the property is scheduled for May 2018.

Sweden — Catena purchases 22,000 square meters in Linköping and 7,600 square meters in Malmö. In conjunction with the acquisition a seven-year lease is signed with Chefs Culinar for the latter property.

Sweden — Victoria Park is to acquire two portfolios of residential properties, comprising six properties with 327 flats and a total lettable area of slightly more than 26,000 square meters.

Sweden — Magnolia Bostad divests a project encompassing the Valhall 1 property located in Hyllie, Malmö. The deal encompasses the erection of approximately 430 rental units and a larger grocery store.

Sweden — Victoria Park and Trianon have signed an agreement to acquire a property portfolio of 722 flats and a small number of commercial premises, with a total lettable area of approximately 47,700 square metres. The properties are located in Lindängen, Malmö, and the acquisition will take place for an underlying property value of MSEK 795 (EUR 80M). The seller is Willhem and possession is due to be transferred on 1 March 2018.

Sweden — Bonava is selling a rental project in the Elinegård district of Malmö, Sweden, to the housing company Willhem. The project comprises 90 rental apartments and the sales price amounts to approximately EUR 17M.

Sweden — Skanska invests about EUR 44M in the office project Epic in Malmö, Sweden. The office building will be six stories high with a total leasable area of around 17,000 square meters. 

Sweden — Klövern has sold four properties in Kristinehamn, Norrköping, Malmö and Norrköping for a total of EUR 12M.

Sweden — ELF Development has purchased 3 building plots in Malmö from Bonava. 200 residential units are expected to be constructed over 3 phases.

Sweden — NCC has been commissioned by Skandia Fastigheter Öresund to redevelop the Davida 16 block in Malmö. The order is worth EUR 29M.

Sweden — Bonava is to sell two housing projects in the Hyllie and Elinegård districts in Malmö to Willhem. At the same time Bonava sells a project in Nacka to Hefab.

Sweden — Victoria Park purchases a apartment property portfolio of a total of 1938 apartments, with a leasable area of approximately 138,000 sqm, located in Malmö and Karlskrona.

Denmark — Wihlborgs is acquiring a property in Copenhagen and is divesting properties in Helsingborg and Malmö as part of its long-term work on developing its commercial property holdings.

Sweden — Skanska has signed an agreement with Folksam on the transfer of the office at Malmö Live, Sweden, for SEK 580 M (€62,52 M).

Sweden — Atrium Ljungberg has signed an agreement to acquire the Malmen 12 property – an office and health care property totalling approximately 7,500 m² letting area – in central Malmö for MSEK 125 (€14M). The seller is Wihlborgs.
