Sweden — Cushman & Wakefield launches the office report Office Snapshot Sweden Q3 with the theme of sustainability as a value-adding factor. New circumstances for office work are created following the advance of the pandemic, where both cyclical economic and structural behavioral changes affect the demand for office space worldwide and to some extent also in Sweden.

Sweden — Yesterday Wihlborgs signed an agreement to sell 21 properties in Malmö encompassing a total of 124,000 sqm to Mileway.

Sweden — Trianon has signed an agreement for the acquisition of residential properties in central Malmö and Arlöv covering 19,700 square meters, distributed on 211 apartments with associated commercial premises. The agreed property value is SEK 400 million.

Sweden — Wihlborgs has signed a 15-year lease with Region Skåne for 3,700 square meters at Kranen 2 in Malmö. The lease was signed after Wihlborgs won a tender subject to the Swedish Public Procurement Act.

Sweden — SBB has sold five office properties to five different buyers in five transactions. This is the result of the new divestment strategy, where the portfolio that was planned to be sold to Nyfosa. Now Castellum is one of the buyers.

Sweden — Castellum is starting construction of Malmö’s new Swedish National Courts Administration building in the expanding Nyhamnen district of central Malmö. The area will become one of northern Europe’s largest workplaces for legal practitioners.

Sweden — Wihlborgs has signed agreements with two new tenants for of 1,000 square meters of office space and 3,600 square meters of storage at Flygledaren 9 in Bulltofta in Malmö.

Sweden — Wihlborgs has signed a lease with Bevego for a new 1,200 square meters production facility in Fosie, Malmö.

Sweden — Niam has acquired a modern and well-functioning retail park in an established micro location in Malmö. The retail park consists of four properties and ~48,500 square meters lettable area with 16 tenants.

Sweden — Wihlborgs has signed agreements with two new tenants, Mindpark and Softhouse, for a total of 2,400 square meters at Slagthuset in Malmö.

Sweden — Skanska has sold the office building Aura in Malmö, Sweden, for SEK 430 million. The buyer is Vasakronan. The divestment will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in the fourth quarter 2019.

Sweden — Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with Galenica for 2,640 square meters at the property under construction at Medeon Science Park in Malmö, Sweden, with occupancy scheduled for 1 October 2020.
