Sweden — List of the five largest transactions with retail properties in Sweden from October 2015 to September 2016.

Denmark — Niam has acquired a fully let office property with a lettable area of approximately 16,000 sqm for EUR28.1M (MDKK 209). The property is located in Borgervænget, in the northern part of Copenhagen, with close proximity to the train station and easy access to the city center as well as the main highway.

Sweden — Varma, Capman Nordic Real Estate Fund and Cavendo have purchased Heron City, the 49,400 sqm landmark retail centre located in Kungens Kurva, Stockholm from Niam for SEK 930 million (EUR 98M).

Denmark — ​Niam has entered into an agreement to sell a residential portfolio of approximately 13,800 sqm to Heimstaden, a Swedish property company for a price of approximately DKK 422 million (€56.6 million).

Sweden — Swedish Sveafastigheter, has been ranked as the Most Consistent Performing Opportunistic Closed-End Private Real Estate Fund Manager on a shared first position out of 34 firms and 184 funds fulfilling the selection criteria. The list was compiled by Preqin in the 2016 Global Real Estate Report – the most comprehensive global review of the real estate industry.

Sweden — Finnish Technopolis has signed an agreement with Niam to acquire a multi-customer campus in Gothenburg, Sweden. The debt-free purchase price is SEK 1,177 billion (€ 126.6 million).

Sweden — Niam purchases Neapel 3 in Stockholm, encompassing 47,000 sqm hotels and offices, from Vasakronan for MSEK 925 (€99M).

Finland — Niam has acquired six office properties in Helsinki from Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company in two independent transactions. The portfolio comprises a total lettable area of approximately 77,000 sqm. The transaction value was over €160 M.

Denmark — Swedish Niam has purchased 461 apartments in Aalborg through two separate deals.

Denmark — Heimstaden purchases nine residential properties in Copenhagen from Niam, for DKK 1.4 billion (€188M).

Denmark — Niam has signed an agreement to acquire a property located in the North Harbor area of Copenhagen. The office property, comprising approximately 8,600 sqm, has been acquired from the Confederation of Danish Industry who has outgrown the property and moved to larger premises.

Finland — HOK-Elanto sells Kaari shopping centre to Niam in the first 100 % sale of a major shopping centre in Helsinki since 2008. The Kaari center is Helsinki’s fifth largest shopping center with a total lettable area of 48,000 sqm.

Denmark — Niam has purchased a property on Østbanegade in Copenhagen, encompassing approximately 30,000 sqm office and retail area as well as a parking space of approximately 12,000 sqm.

Sweden — Niam sells two office properties, Karin 11 and Nora 11, located in central Malmö to listed company Wihlborgs.

Denmark — Niam acquires an office property, fully let to IBM, in Copenhagen from the Danish property fund Norden.

Sweden — TIAA Henderson Real Estate (TH Real Estate) has sold the Swedish retail park Ingelsta Markn, on behalf of its German joint venture - Warburg-Henderson. The park has been acquired by Niam for €30 M.

Sweden — Klövern purchases two office properties in two separate deals, in Majorna, Gothenburg for a total of MSEK 360 (€39M). This is the first time Klövern purchases in central Gothenburg.

Norway — Niam has signed an agreement to sell the remaining shares of Sektor Gruppen to the three other owners.
