The property, which has a lettable area of approximately 19,300 sq.m., and around 9,600 sq.m. of garage space, is fully let on a long contract with Copenhagen Business School (CBS) which runs until 2028. The rental value amounts to MDKK 30 (EUR 4M) per year. CBS is one of the largest business schools in Europe, with more than 20,000 students, and has conducted its operations on the property since 2004.
