With an already strong position in the Nordic logistics market, Logicenters continues to strengthen its presence in Denmark. By acquiring a hub from PCM Invest, the company is setting a new standard for future logistics properties with a focus on sustainable and efficient solutions.

The collaboration with construction partner KT Erhvervsbyg ensures that the new 7,500 sqm facility will meet the high sustainability standards that Logicenters consistently strives for in its projects.

"This collaboration is guiding for us at Logicenters. We aim to make significant investments in Danish logistics with a focus on sustainable solutions. I am very happy that we managed to reach the goal with this agreement and we look forward to working with KT Erhvervsbyg and developing even more square meters with an environmental focus", says Thomas Petersen, Commercial Manager at Logicenters.

The new logistics center is strategically located next to the E45 motorway with easy access to Aarhus and the rest of Denmark, which provides optimal transport opportunities for both national and international distribution.

“We are happy to work with Logicenters. This collaboration gives us the opportunity to build a modern property of significant size with all the needs for tomorrow's logistics," says Per Henriksen, Director of PCM Invest and founder and CEO of KT Erhvervsbyg.

The construction of the new facility will focus on CO2-reducing technologies and materials, ensuring that the project meets the growing demand for sustainable solutions. Development of the warehouse will begin as soon as possible and is expected to be completed in 2026. Logicenters is currently seeking new tenants for occupancy.
