“We strongly believe in the new Aviapolis area. The combination of modern premises, close proximity to the airport and the recently opened train station provides an attractive offer to tenants. We believe that the Helsinki office market is a very attractive investment market that will continue to improve,” says Johan Bergman, CEO of Niam.
