Sweden — K-Fastigheter hires Niclas Bagler to be responsible for the new business segment Construction. Construction contains the business areas Project Development, Prefab and Building. Niclas Bagler will assume his position as Deputy CEO of the Group with responsibility for Construction on June 1st, 2024, and will from the same date become a member of the Group´s management team.

Sweden — K-Fastigheter and Boklok have signed an agreement on the development of a building right in Gävle, and are planning to construct 60 rental apartments with a lettable area of 3,876 square metres.

Sweden — K-Fastigheter and Boklok will cooperate with the goal of jointly building up to a thousand apartments over the next three years. Both companies share the view that conceptual building methods provide the conditions for as cost-efficient housing as possible.
