K-Fastigheter has presented a new strategy and Business plan for 2024-2028. In the new Business plan there is a shift from having built only for own property management to also sell completed housing properties, with base in the Groups concept houses, to external customers. Niclas Bagler will have responsibility for Business segment Construction and the external business. The division into the business segments Construction and Property Management is done to clarify the values created in the Construction section of the Group.

Niclas Bagler has long experience from the construction and real estate sector with several different positions within BoKlok and Skanska. Most recently he comes from a position as Deputy CEO and country manager Sweden with BoKlok.

“I would like to welcome Niclas to K-Fastigheter and the new position within the business segment Construction. I have had the privilege of getting to know Niclas over several years, most recently in connection with the good collaboration K-Fastigheter and BoKlok developed in connection with deals made between the companies. Niclas has great experience in building conceptually and industrially, as well as having solid experience in developing and selling conceptual homes within the Co-Op segment,” says Jacob Karlsson, CEO of K-Fastigheter.

“K-Fastigheter’s new strategy to also offer attractive housing solutions to external customers feels very exciting. There is great potential in controlling the entire chain from purchase of land to construction with conceptual prefabricated solutions. This together with being able to shape every deal for either own management, Co-Ops or to an external customer is a decisive competitive advantage for the Group. I look forward to being a part of K-Fastigheter’s continued expansion,” says Niclas Bagler, incoming deputy CEO with responsibility for business segment Construction.
