Sweden Sweden — Diös is strengthening its position in Luleå and Gävle by acquiring six centrally located office properties totalling 52,000 square meters from Nyfosa. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 940 million (EUR 81 million), and the transfer of ownership is expected to take place on November 15, 2024.

Nyfosa acquires the remaining 50 percent of the shares in its Norwegian JV Samfosa

Nyfosa divests properties in Sweden

The properties are located in Falköping, Filipstad, Lidköping and Malmö. The selling price totals SEK 299 million (EUR 27.2 million).

Sweden Sweden — Nyfosa has signed an agreement to divest 9 light-industrial and warehouse properties with a total lettable area of 58,000 square meters. The properties are located in Burlöv, Gothenburg, Haninge, Huddinge and Härryda. The agreed property value amounts to MSEK 761 (EUR 65.6 million).
