The acquired properties have a total area of approximately 37 thousand square meters, of which approximately 7 thousand square meters comprise offices in prime location in central Västervik and the remaining area comprises warehouses and industry in established industrial areas in Halmstad and Turku. The total average remaining contract period is 3.6 years and the occupancy rate amounts to 97.6 percent. The largest tenants are Försäkringskassan, Socialkontoret and Region Halland. Closing for the properties in Halmstad took place on September 30 and closing for the others are planned during the fourth quarter of 2022.
"We carry out three transactions where we add properties in both the Swedish and Finnish markets. The properties we acquire are all in good locations for their respective purpose with strong cash flows," comments Stina Lindh Hök, CEO of Nyfosa.
