The properties comprise a total area of approximately 36 thousand square meters, of which the majority (96 percent) consists of light industry/warehouse and the remaining part of office premises. The occupancy rate is 99.5 percent and the total average remaining contract period amounts to 2.3 years. The largest tenants are Prestando Kalmar, Halltorp Rördelar and Kalmar Municipality. The annual rental value amounts to approximately MSEK 25.7. Closing is planned for August 29, 2022.
