The property comprises a leasable area of approximately 10 thousand square meters and the annual rental value amounts to approximately MSEK 19.6. The occupancy rate is 44 percent. The buyer is the Swedish Fortifications Agency on behalf of the National Cyber Security Center (Nationellt cybersäkerhetscenter). Closing is planned for September 30, 2022.
