Sweden — Svenska Hus names Mikael Granath as a new board member. He will be elected as a member of the Svenska Hus board in connection with the annual general meeting on March 29.

Sweden — Svenska Hus expands its commercial portfolio and acquires another property, Induktorn 37, in the Ulvsunda industrial area in Bromma, where Svenska Hus today owns seven properties of approximately 34,000 square meters. The property at Ranhammarsvägen 26 contains offices and warehouses of approximately 6,700 square meters and is fully leased until June 2029. The acquisition was made from Corem and access took place on March 24.

Sweden — Svenska Hus has purchased properties in Floda, Lerum’s municipality, outside of Gothenburg. The acquisition encompasses three properties, with a leasable area of approximately 13,600 square meters, consisting of shops, facilities for the municipality and county as well as apartments.
