The seller of the properties is Pikenborg Förvaltning. The three largest tenants in the portfolio are Lerum’s municipality, Västra Götaland’s County Council and Ica Fastighets AB.

Svenska Hus Purchases Outside of Gothenburg
Sweden — Svenska Hus has purchased properties in Floda, Lerum’s municipality, outside of Gothenburg. The acquisition encompasses three properties, with a leasable area of approximately 13,600 square meters, consisting of shops, facilities for the municipality and county as well as apartments.<br />
