"The purchase complements our existing stock very well and the area is being transformed into a mixed-use city where this type of warehouse property close to the city will be needed," says Peter Stalfors, Head of Transactions at Svenska Hus.

The houses are located near the Svenska Hus regional office, where we own several properties in the past and have carried out very successful development projects. Svenska Hu's business concept consists of developing and owning properties in attractive locations in metropolitan regions. Through profitable property development and customer-oriented management, Svenska Hus will create and provide good workplaces and homes for our customers. With this acquisition, Svenska Hus owns and manages a total of 40,700 square meters in Bromma.

The houses are located in the classic Ulvsunda industrial area, which is an expansive development area where a lot is happening. Among other things, the nearby Bromma Blocks are being further developed and a completely new district is planned at Pripp's old premises.

"For us at Svenska Hus, this is a strategic acquisition where we are densifying with more houses in our priority area, Ulvsunda which forms part of the future Brommastaden. Several exciting urban development projects are underway in the area, including on the former Prippstomten on the other side of the track where the center for sports and culture is emerging as well as densification with housing, offices and schools. Here we want to position ourselves to contribute to the positive development of Brommastaden," says Anna Lorentz, regional manager in Stockholm at Svenska Hus.

Svenska hus' legal adviser in the deal was Lindahl Advokatbyrå.
